Our Phone Lines Are Taking a Short Break
Our main phone lines will be closed from Monday 14 September to Friday 18 September while our team takes part in a week of fundraising to support people affected by fuel poverty.
As we head towards the colder winter months, we want to use this time to help raise funds for households who may need extra support with their energy costs.
If you need to get in touch, our email inbox will still be available at hello@urbanbilling.co.uk. You can also visit our Help Centre for step-by-step guidance and answers to a wide range of common questions.
Our main phone lines will reopen on Monday 21 September.
Thank you for your patience and for supporting us while we focus our efforts on helping those who may need it most this winter.
